I purchased this air filter for our LP Refrigerator per the owners manual. Unfortunately the filter did not fit in the filter housing. I contacted LP Customer Support for help. The support I received from LP was outstanding They determined the problem and sent me a new housing that allowed me to use the LT120F filter. Thank you for the excellent product support and for a job well done

This air filter is listed as compatible with the Smart InstaView French Door Refrigerator I bought in March 2023 at Costco. Model # LRFOC2606S. It is NOT compatible as other reviewers have noted. The LT120F is square and 3.35. The housing on my fridge is offset and not square. Other reviewers have posted photos of the same issue. I called customer support and they sent me to the parts department. After I told her this air filter did NOT fit she said they dont make that filter anymore. Hey man thats only about 6 months ago. I guess were up the creek

This air filter that fits all LG refrigerators doesnt fit our LG French door frig we bought six months ago unless you take the filter out of the white plastic case it is in. In the white plastic case the filter assembly is about 1/8 too big to fit back in the air filter holder of our refrigerator. Poor design or poor craftmanship or poor planning by the engineers for this air filter assembly for the replacement filter assembly to not fit inside the filter holder as stated in the instruction sheets manual and online on the LG website. Please get your act together and fix this issue. These filters cost too much $$ to not be able to use when they need replacing because they are too big to fit in the air filter cover as they are supposed to.

I like that LGs systems make integrating their appliances with our smart home simple efficient and valuable. Changing this air filter is very easy. I bought this air filter to have it on hand whenever I think its time to change it out. But I dont think that I will do it at the 6 month mark. Its only my wife and I in this household. We take very good care of all appliances and keep the fridge and its contents clean and well maintained. I think well be changing the filters annually.

The app told me it was time to change out the filter and the instructions were easy. A simple twist to unlock and the front is clearly labeled so you dont put it on backwards and snap it back in.

I am so sorry I bought an LG refrigerator. Had it a year and the water still tastes like plastic and LG refuses to take any responsibility. Have to buy their highly overpriced water and air filters twice a year making this mistake even more costly for the life of the refrigerator. Also bought an LG tv then a few months later I needed to stream from Roku and learned it cant be done on an LG. Never buy another LG product again.

I bought LG air filter for my LG refrigerator and I love it. It makes my refrigerator air so fresh. Even if I keep my kimchi in it you cant smell it. My old refrigerator always had that smell but this LG refrigerator with the air filter does such an excellent job. It was also easy to install and easy to replace.

An essential feature of a new refrigerator for us was a dispenser for filtered water. Our new LG not only has filtered water but filtered air as well - a bonus To maintain the freshest air and water quality these filters need to be replaced periodically. At replacement time I searched lg.com to be sure I got the correct manufacturers recommended products. Thats when I discovered that LG offerred a replacement program. I signed up so now when its time replace the filters LG will automatically ship them to me at the appropriate time. One less thing for me to monitor.
