I was so excited to get this, but it was quite the disappointment. I™™ve used it twice now and it has died within just a few minutes after a ™full™ charge. My husband and I agreed that they must have sent us a broken one because there™™s just no way! I lose a bar within a minute of turning it on. I™™m just so upset. Now I™™m going to need to send it back. Everything else with it is fine. We haven™™t decided if it™™s worth getting another one from here, or just looking elsewhere. Super annoyed because this took the convenience of online shopping away.

This cordless vacuum has good suction and a strong rotating brush. The handheld brush is also good. Being able to transition from stick to handheld makes it a 2-for-1 value. Mine does not run for close to the promoted "up to 42 minutes" of run time. Although technically, my average 17 minute runtime is "up to" 42 minutes.

This is our second one. The first was purchased 10 years ago. Like the size and ease of use with attachments. The suction is great and the collection bin is easy to empty.

I have owned a number of Ergorapido vacs, and they just keep getting better. I love the convenience and style of the hand vac that's built into the unit, I love the power, and the light feature is handy also. Sleek design, light weight, powerful. We've had a lot of stick style vacs and this one is the best value of them all.

I love my new air purifier, especially since I just took in a stray cat and me and my son both have allergy issues. This air purifier has made it to where my sinuses no longer hurt and my air just feels cleaner and I don™™t have near the dust that I used to. I run it All day and it is very quiet and works great.

I am disabled, so I really appreciate how easily the vacuum maneuvers around the house; however, I am unable to empty the dust cup without my husband's help. The degree of suction is outstanding. It is amazing to see the amount of debris it picks up (primarily hair from our cocker spaniel) in the 10 minutes it takes to vacuum the house. Love the lights.

This is actually my second Ergorapido vacuum purchase. I decided to buy another one to keep on a second level of the house instead of carrying the other one up and down. I like the ease of removing the hand vac from the larger vacuum body. The vacuum has really good suction and works well.

I had tried a friend's vacuum and loved it! So, I bought a pet ergo-rapido back in March of 2018 and thought it was the best vacuum ever! When the lithium battery died, I went to an Electrolux authorized repair service location and they said the vacuum has a battery that can't be changed. I was so bummed. So i liked around to purchase another unit, only to find that it wasn't being made anymore. Talk about being heart broken! So, I bought another brand through Amazon Dec 2021. Fast forward to this part summer when my Dad needed a new vacuum, I was helping him search on Amazon, and what popped up!? The Electrolux ergo-rapido!! He absolutely loves it! And now, my other brand has died, so I bought myself another pet Electrolux!! It's just as great as my first one! I'm so thrilled the company decided to start making them again! So my only word of advice is to be prepared for it to last only 3.5-4 years. Lithium batteries don't last long enough, and there's no way to recharge or replace them, unfortunately.

The Ergorapido vacuum works great! Does an excellent job and has good capacity for a stick vacuum. The pet hair function works great. Does a great job on both carpet and hard floor. Pet hair does not accumulate on the beater bar. However, long human hair does wrap around the beater and requires occasional cleaning. It's relatively simple to remove the beater for cleaning. Battery life is excellent and there are two speeds for vacuuming.The front lights do a good job of showing up hair and debris. Emptying the canister is simple though separating the inner filter for cleaning is a little tricky but not hard. The vacuum comes with four attachments; 12" crevice tool, upholstery/stair brush, two sizes of dusting brush. A nice feature is that it will stand by itself without the dock. The dock is easy to use and compact.

I love everything about this vacuum! It has great suction power for a battery vac and I love the detached head that you can take off to do other surfaces such as your window sills. Mine sits in the closet with the cord that runs under the door to the outlet right outside of the closet! Very lightweight swivel head is a great feature.

Every time I go to use my new vac I find it missing from its' charger. It is so popular around the house that it seems to always be in use by someone in my family. My Electrolux, especially the hand-held unit, is great for picking up dust and dog hair from my floors and furniture.

I purchased the Ergorapido Pet Vacuum for my house and just love it. All the other stick vacuums i have purchased had dog hair caught in the brush roller so was constantly cutting the hair out. It was so much work cleaning the rollers that I went back to using a broom. No problem with this one dog hair does not get caught in the roller and I have 6 Australian shepherds and two border Collies all with very long hair. It is so light easy to maneuver, goes under furniture and the battery last long enough to do the entire house. The dust bin is easy to dump and you can take the hand held vacuum off to vacuum the car out. This is by far the best vacuum I have ever had owned and far better than the expensive Dyson I purchased that quit on me. I love this vacuum so much that I purchased a second one for the RV

I got this to replace my very old Hoover Linx, I'm very happy with it! The only issue is how small the canister is, you have to dump it often. Otherwise, great little convenient and powerful vacuum!

We wanted a cordless, lightweight vacuum, easy to use. We had a Dyson cordless and it had a very short charge life, practically nothing when on high. Our Electrolux has great suction and we are able to vacuum the entire house at once. It is very light and the base swivels to hit every corner and under everything.

We have two dogs that shed especially in the winter. I have a whole house vacuum and an upright along with another wood floor vacuum. Ridiculous I know but the hair is a constant problem. My husband said to me I really need to find something else that works. I remember my mil had an Electrolux and I'm confident in saying she had it over 40 years. I did a Google search "best pet vacuum" read reviews and not really helpful. Went to Electrolux web site and saw the Pet Vacuum and thought of my mil and her Electrolux vacuum so I bought one and I couldn't be happier. It really picks up the hair and I like the no cord and size of it.

My Electrolux takes no effort to move. I have a bad back which typically causes pain when I vacuum. This is effortless and picks up everything on our floors especially the dog hair. I™™m extremely happy with my purchase.

I ordered it thinking it would be great because of the Electrolux reputation. I should have known the price was too good to be true. I swept the living room twice. A truly great vacuum. I went to empty the canister. Design or manufacturing flaw, I don™™t know, an hour and all my sanity spent, couldn™™t get it open. I™™m the exploited idiot who thought I could get such a great vacuum for $200. I™™d rather just be mugged. At least a criminal is honest about what he™™s doing.

Fabulous thought on the swerving vacuum head. Easy fast charging and now to why I bought it, the detachable hand held which allows me to clean the sofa ,bed and mud rugs at the door and cleanup dog hair and paw dirt WITH EASE. Simple to take apart and empty. Truly a lot of thought put into this model

I have two golden retrievers, so we can really bang up a vacuum with daily use, thick hair and dirt. I've had this vacuum two days and I LOVE the suction power and light weight/versatility. I wish the dust cup was a little larger, but it gets the job done. I had a glitch with battery power and called customer service and they fixed my problem right away. I really appreciate that. Hopefully, the new unit will fix my issue. Very happy, despite a glitch. Look forward to years of use and a clean, hairless household!
