The racks aren't designed for dishes to face the correct direction and everything ends up flipped over and full of water. The top rack (not the third) falls off the rails all the time. I've never hated an appliance so much. I won't give it to someone I hated. Do not buy

This dishwasher does not come with the side and top trims. It would cost $2 or $3 for GE to include this but they decided no to. Will not recommend this since you have to spend another $100 for the trims. will uninstall and return to the store.

The bottom tray keeps getting stuck when you push it in or pull it out of the interior part of the washer. It is like the wheels are not wide enough to keep it on his track. Feels a lot cheaper than a normal dishwasher.

Heating Element Problems / Lower Wash Arm

The tips melted off the lower water pressure arm. The unit runs ok with the melted tips. The heating element melted the interior door causing a leak at the base of the interior door. After 34 mos of use the unit in inoperable without repair to the interior door and seal. It appears a design flaw, in the heating element proximity to the plastic interior door.

Reason for one star (although I generally like GE products): 1. The dishwasher does not dry properly and always leaves dishes wet. 2. I contacted GE customer care and the service center, but they requested service charges even though the product is under warranty. Ironically, it has barely been used beyond initial testing. 3. I wish to replace and upgrade model version even if I need pay additional. This dishwasher was provided and installed by the builder, Lennar, as part of a new home.

I understand the builder installs the most economical appliances, however, we have only been in our home less than a yr and the bottom rack is already cracked and rusted and the wheels fall off. I zip tied those back on. We will definitely have to replace the dishwasher not too long from now.

This is a good dishwasher. Does the job. Nothing special about it. Interior is a nice size. My sheet pans fit as do large/tall glasses. It™™s quiet but not silent. Has a few cycles to choose from, including sanitizing. It was the nicest option our home builder offered but I™™d prefer a Cove or a Bosch. Will likely upgrade in a year or 2.

This is a basic dishwasher. Only two racks and one silverware basket. Odd placing of the spindles for holding the dishes. Dishes come out still wet and sometimes still dirty. It is not very noisy. The cycle time is normal. This model was included with our house, but definitely miss my last washer. Also, the smell. If you do not wash often, it reeks.
