Freezer is great , very spacious . Only issue is bottom basket could be an 1-2™ smaller, if it slides front it will get stuck on the door panel.

So far so good. It is a little bigger than the whirlpool that crapped out within three years. I like the larger unit and it runs much quieter. Only had it a couple weeks so I don™™t know what else I can say at this time.

I ordered the freezer in charcoal and I love it!! It has a lot of room inside and I can easily organize my meat and produce. The door also holds quite a bit of items. I like the sleek look and it's easily cleaned.

The freezer cooled down very quickly after it was initially plugged in and seems to be maintaining it's temperature. There is plenty of interior space and it is a really nice looking appliance.

I gave it a four star rating because it would have been too difficult for me to accomplish the door change to the other side. I™™m sure we™™ll get used to it being ™backwards™™ for its location, but it is annoying. The freezer is roomy and keeps things solidly frozen.

I bought this freezer to replace one I had for 25 years. Never a problem. This is the only brand I wanted and was recommended by my appliance repair man. I love that my new freezer has a light and the bottom basket is so easy to access.

The initial freezer had a major malfunction with the lighting system. Home Depot arranged to replace it under warranty. It took about a week for that to happen. So far the replacement is working fine. Just want to make sure the extended warranty coverage gets the updated serial number of the replacement freezer. Really like the exterior color.

Last week I had an Frigidaire FRUF2020AN upright freezer delivered by Home Depot. The day after delivery, I discovered that the door was not sealing properly. I called Home Depot and they sent someone out and determined that there was something wrong with the unit. So I ordered another. The second one arrived today and the first was taken back. Upon plugging in the new unit it, the fan made a very cloud clicking sound. The technicians discovered that the fan was not seated right, so they straightened it out. Then they attempted to change the door swing. They were unable to remove a bolt holding the bottom bracket. So that one went back as well. Home Depot is scheduled to bring another next Wednesday and apparently there was no way to expedite shipment of a replacement, even after two faulty units. There seems to be a real issue with quality with these freezers. I am not very confident that the third attempt will be successful. A reasonable person would ask, why I'm not going with a different manufacturer. My problem is that I need a freezer, and I don't have a faster option. BTW when I called Frigidaire customer support they were no help.

Perfect fit for my garage and home. I shopped around for a new addition to my family needs. This one caught my attention with the size and the ability to be able to put in in a garage. I like how quick it cooled and has kept cool while the temp has not been so cool in the garage.
