We purchased this model through Home Depot on 8/25/2024. We noticed food in our fridge begin to go bad in January 2025. Then our freezer stopped working and fridge stopped working. Manufacture sent out a servicer after 4 days and diagnosed Freon leak which they pointed out as a "Major Failure". Compressor, evaporator along with drier will need replacement. Replacement parts will take almost 2 weeks to arrive. We contacted Frigidaire for support but no further assistance can be provided. We spent over 2 hours with customer service asking if parts shipment can be expedited but no luck. Now we need to wait 2 weeks for the servicer to come again and that's not guarantee our fridge will be fixed. Spoiled food is not being paid for, Frigidaire refused to offer replacement or refund, they ask us to wait patiently. We are very upset with our product and the customer service Frigidaire provided.

So far, this Frigidaire is a fine refrigerator. It cooled down very quickly after first plugging it in. The fans really move the air around nicely. The fan in the freezer compartment is a little loud, but if I push on the grill in front of it lightly, it helps. I like that it™™s a basic refrigerator. There™™s an old-school knob for the refrigerator compartment snd a slider for the fridge. That™™s it. I don™™t expect much to go wrong like my previous fridge, which had too many extra features. I figure the fewer features that the less will go wrong.

If you are purchasing this as a stand alone unit, make sure you know the sides are steel that is painted a dark grey and not stainless steel. The interior of the fridge and freezer have plenty of room, especially the shelves on the door. The shelves are easily adjustable. The downside is the freezer. The freezer door does not have a counter weight which makes it close on its on. When you open it you have to be sure you close it. Secondly, there is no light in the freezer, which is not terrible but inconvenient. It runs quietly and if you have a small space, it offers a great deal.

We replaced our 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator with a new model. It fits perfectly in the kitchen. Surprisingly it matches the stainless steel color of the other appliances. Frigidaire has the best stainless steel. It never shows marks or finger prints and is easy to take care of. Hopefully the new one will last 29 years too!

With the coming price increases I figured I™™d replace washer dryer stove and fridge before by 15-20 year old ones need parts. Seems fine, a bit smaller, lighter and more plastic but I expect it will last at least until 2028-2030 without issue if I am gentle with it.& thats the goal.

After 6 months to the day, the refrigerator broke, repair call centers are not in the US. Lots of promises. after a week, they said the repair part that came in was bad and it will be another 1 to 2 weeks to get another. Meanwhile have medical issue and medicine need to be kept cold. Huge runaround by Frigidaire. If you buy one, you better hope you don't have an issue as good luck getting them to make good on their guarantee!!

I absolutely love this refrigerator! All the details have been accounted for from the soft close drawers to the nice interior lighting. My only complaint is it runs loud compared to other appliances, but it™™s not the end of the world.

The fridge itself has a nice sleek look. Although our freezer seems to have issues all within the first couple months. Ice cream and other frozen items seem to melt and then sometimes refreeze. Not sure why the consistency seems to be an issue with the freezer.

We had to have a new fridge immediately since our old one was too far gone to fix. This one was larger but still fit in the same space as the previous one. We had purchased Frigidaire before and had good service from them. It's only been a couple of weeks but it fills the bill. Our last one lasted 7 years but I thought it should have went longer.

So far so good. Our previous fridge stopped working after only 3 years and the repair was over $1000. It was a GE and the repairman not so subtly said those are made in China and issues like that are more common with that brand. Frigidaire is higher quality and more likely to be long-lasting and trouble free.

This refrigerator is very nice! The only reason I rated it a 4 vs a 5 is that it is a bit louder than my previous one, and the drawers are light weight plastic. I love the glass shelves and that there are 3 shelf placement choices in the freezer, and that the deli drawer slides. I had plenty of room to put all my Thanksgiving goodies with out having to put some in coolers like usual!
